We wanted to share with you our onboard process so you can know what to expect when engaging Meribah Flow Consultants.

Phase 1: Value Proposition
Before deciding to move forward with an engagement we first focus on the value that you need out of a new platform and your initial goals/KPIs, to ensure we are aligned and can deliver what you need in a timely manner.

Phase 2: Initial Discovery
Once the client has decided to proceed, we kick off the project, begin setting up your Salesforce environment, and start on an in-depth Discovery process - both in terms of the organization's business process and corresponding software requirements as well as their data migration and transformation needs.

Phase 3: Go Live
As we approach the 'starting line' (defined differently for each client, depending on which business unit is initially launching) we shift to focus on training and adoption, final data validation, and once launched, providing timely user assistance and support during their initial weeks in Production.
